The Saline County Sheriff's Office is responsible for the Saline County Jail. The jail is a modern facility with 89 beds.On average, the number of county inmates is roughly. In 2007, a new addition was added on to the jail. This new addition resulted in 35 new beds. Since it opened, it has been at full capacity.
